Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The biggest surprise of round 7 was guest Windbreakers' (#5) easy road victory over desperated Eagles (0-5) 68-50 on Friday evening. Windbreakers held Eagles to an opponent 24.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.3 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Eagles 52-33 including a 35-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Power forward Julian Wright (196-1990) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 18 rebounds for the winners. Ridwaan Jobson (180-1991) chipped in 20 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Thapelo Mkhatshwa (185-1996) produced 22 points for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Windbreakers maintains fifth place with 1-4 record. It was Eagles' fifth loss in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost.
An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Cape. Leader Mountaineers faced 3rd placed Magic. Host Mountaineers (5-0) defeated guests from Johannesburg (3-2) 74-57. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Stephen Gabriel (205-1991) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 6 rebounds. Luthando Mpano contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Cameroonian swingman Dylan Lele (193-1997) answered with 24 points for Magic. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Undefeated Mountaineers have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 5-0 record. Defending champion Magic keeps the third position with two games lost.
Undefeated leader Suns delivered the fourth consecutive victory on Friday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked Warriors (0-4) 97-67 in Bloemfontein. It was a great evening for Emmanuel Shine who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 15 rebounds. At the losing side Prince Dube responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Suns. They maintain first place with 4-0 record. Warriors lost their fourth game in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost.

Other games of round 7 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
S.Panthers crushed FS Warriors in Johannesburg 100-46. EC Windbreakers lost to undefeated WC Mountaineers at home 51-64. Winless NW Eagles were destroyed by KZ Marlins on the opponent's court 27-67.
The best stats of 7th round was 9 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals by Sibusiso Cele of KZ Marlins.

Suns forced 24 Warriors turnovers and outrebounded them 48-28 including 22 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for DR Congolese power forward Emmanuel Shine (199-1994) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 15 rebounds. Gabonese guard Gleen Bidza helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds. Four Suns players scored in double figures. At the losing side Prince Dube responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and center Khotso Mahloane (199-1992) scored 13 points. There was no surprise in Bloemfontein where bottom-ranked Warriors (0-4) were crushed by third ranked Panthers (2-2) 100-46 on Friday. Panthers dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Warriors' 32. They outrebounded Warriors 41-22 including 18 on the offensive glass. Panthers shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 57.1 percentage. It was a great evening for swingman Sicelo Dzingwa (195-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points. Guard Mbulelo Ntshingana (185-1985) helped adding 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Panthers players scored in double figures. At the losing side Prince Dube responded with 15 points and 8 rebounds and center Khotso Mahloane (199-1992) scored 9 points and 7 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. No shocking result in a game in Port Elizabeth where leader Mountaineers (5-0) defeated 5th ranked Windbreakers (1-4) 64-51 on Friday. Mountaineers forced 21 Windbreakers turnovers. It was a great evening for naturalized Portuguese forward Miguel Ferrao (205-1996) who led his team to a victory scoring 27 points. The former international center Stephen Gabriel (205-1991) helped adding 10 points and 12 rebounds. At the losing side Olebogang Matabane responded with 14 points and 7 steals and Ridwaan Jobson (180-1991) scored 13 points.
